FitStreak — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FitStreak, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

FitStreak is a gamified fitness app that provides guided workouts, streak tracking, and achievement systems to help you build a consistent exercise habit. The app is for informational and motivational purposes only.

3. Health Disclaimer

FitStreak is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Calorie estimates and workout intensity ratings are approximate and may vary based on individual factors including weight, age, fitness level, and effort.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

FitStreak offers optional premium subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled

FitStreak also offers optional one-time purchases. These are also billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. There are two kinds:

• Consumables, such as a Streak Restore: charged once, do not renew, are used up when applied, and do not include premium access
• A lifetime unlock, if offered: charged once, does not renew, and grants premium access permanently rather than being consumed
• Neither kind can be transferred between accounts. A lifetime unlock can be restored on your other devices with the same Apple Account

5. User Content and Cloud Sync

Your profile information and workout data are stored locally on your device. If you sign in with Apple, your data is also synced to our cloud servers for cross-device access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or unauthorized access to your device or account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in FitStreak, including workout designs, text, graphics, and the app interface, is owned by FitStreak and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

FitStreak is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the app or following its workout recommendations.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
